Accessibility Statement
How we approach accessibility, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Last updated 21 August 2026
Our approach
We want the Jack Foundry website and platform to be usable by as broad a range of people as possible, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or a phone.
We aim to follow recognised accessibility practices and continue improving the experience as the platform evolves. We have not undertaken a formal accessibility audit and do not claim certification against a specific conformance level.
What we do in practice
Across the product we work towards:
- Readable text with sufficient contrast against its background.
- Keyboard access with a visible focus state.
- Meaningful labels on buttons, links and form fields.
- Layouts that work on a phone and reflow when text is enlarged.
- Alternative text for images that carry meaning.
Known limits
Some third party content, including map tiles and information drawn from public business listings, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Tell us
If something is hard to use, email hello@alturist.com.au and tell us what you were trying to do. We will reply within 10 business days and do our best to help in the meantime.
